**Deliveries to Sweden, Switzerland and Andorre will require for you to provide us with personal identification data for invoices.

Any customs fees or special taxes should be paid directly by the client.

2.Delivery

Purchases don't be sent until the bank doesn't confirm the payment. Confirmation of payments done with American Express could be delayed from 10 to 20 days and  VISA or MasterCard only 3 days. 

Deliveries shall be made personally, at the contact address stated in your order. We do not accept P.O. Boxes.

  • The courier shall deliver during work hours at the contact address provided in your order.
  • If he can’t contact you, courier shall try to call you on the contact phone number provided in your order.
  • The person receiving the package must sign a receipt document.
  • If there is no one at home, the courier shall leave a document including its contact number. You should contact him within the following 48 hours.
  • If the delivery is unsuccessful for a second time, you will be asked to collect the package at the courier’s offices nearest to your contact address.
  • If collection doesn’t take place within 72 hours from the first delivery attempt, the package will be returned to the company. Re-shipment shall require for you to pay for the additional shipment cost. The return policy shall not apply in this case.
