Guarantee and return conditions

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you have a period of 15 days from the date of delivery of the order to return it.
If the reasons for return are extraneous to Juan Pedro Domecq Solís SL, ie if the merchandise is in perfect condition but still want to return it without using, you must send the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition (in case of vacuum packaging, with vacuum intact). The expenses caused by this return will be borne by the Buyer.
In the case of products that you consider defective, returns of products will be accepted provided they have not been consumed in more than 15% of their delivery weight according to delivery note.
To make a return, you must follow the following steps:

1. Contact our Customer Service Department (mail: cgonzalez@jamonesjpd.com)
We will ask for the following information:
Name, full address, telephone number and email address
Order number and date of purchase
Product you want to return
Reason for return
Photo of the state of the merchandise
No. Return account

Our Customer Service will send you by e-mail a numbered "return form", already completed with the data you have provided. You must print it and attach it to the product.

2. The product to be returned must be properly packed. The return form will be attached on the package. No refunds will be accepted that arrive without return form.

3. Juan Pedro Domecq Solís S.L. Will arrange the collection with the transport company and will contact you to arrange an appointment to collect the product. Juan Pedro Domecq does not accept any return to postage due.

4. Checking
Once the product has been collected and received at our facilities, we will proceed to verify that the return is in accordance with the conditions established.
If the product does not meet the conditions of return, it will not be paid and we will contact you to indicate it and proceed to return it in the same state in which you sent it to us.

5. Refund
Once verified that the return is in accordance with the conditions established, we will proceed to make the reimbursement by transfer within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date on which we report the decision to make the return.
Delivery and collection expenses
In the event of a return, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges, with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method different from the less expensive mode of ordinary delivery we offer.
In case of a return due to errors of shipping or product in poor condition, the collection will be done at no cost to you. In all other cases, the Buyer will bear the cost of return.

The return costs will be governed by the following table:
