The pigs: 100% pure Iberico, Our pigs are 100% pure Iberico (mother and stud are 100% Iberico)

Their rearing: 100% natural and wild. Our pigs are raised free roaming throughout their lives, eating natural products, enjoying more than double the legally required length of time in “Montanera” (acorn season), to be considered as “pure bellota” meat.

The limited production: our production is limited to 3,000 pigs.

The natural curing process: Our hams are cured naturally in our cellars in Jabugo, for at least 39 months
