Iberico Shoulder-Ham
The Iberico shoulder hams, smaller than the leg hams (average 4 to 5.5kg), are an exquisite product with an outstanding aroma and delicate flavour. The Iberico shoulder hams are more bony and the meat is more juicy, due to its higher fat infiltration; the taste, delicious!. Cured for between 18 and 24 months in our cellars in Jabugo under the care of our Ham Master (“Maestro Jamonero”). As regards their nutritious value, they are rich in proteins, phosphorous, calcium, iron and Vitamins B1 and B2.
