Iberico Loin
Juan Pedro Domecq cured pork loin is one of our star products. It comes from our 100% purebred Iberian pigs, raised free range in our farms. The Iberico cured loin is one of the best meat pieces in a pig, previously cleaned of the outward fat. Prepared with our centuries’ old traditional recipe it acquires all its taste. Cured for approx. 4 months.
