Guarantee and return policy
Our client’s satisfaction is our priority in Jamones Juan Pedro Domecq. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product in the following circumstances:
- In case of damaged packaging: In this event, it is important that you don’t accept the product on delivery.
- If the product is not in perfect conditions or it does not comply with the expected quality.
In this event you must send an email to email@example.com stating:
- order number.
- products that you wish to return and cause for return.
- if you wish to change the products, or request a refund.
Upon receipt of your return request, we shall advise you on how to proceed.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging within a period of 7 days, from the date of delivery.
- No returns shall be accepted if the weight of the returned product (including weight of remains) is below 75% of that of the original product. If such were the case, you would be informed by email and if so requested, the product will be shipped back, at your cost.
- Refund of the price of the products shall be made by bank transfer.
- Juan Pedro Domecq Solís S.L. shall pay for return expenses if the product does not comply with our standard quality requirements.
