Our compromise
- Our pigs are 100% Iberian breed on both sides, father and mother, although regulations only require one side in order to consider the pigs as Iberian.
- All the pigs are born and raised in our farms. The unique taste of their meat attests their origin: wild animal raised in freedom
- Our stud pigs are registered with the AECERIBER (Spanish Association for pure Iberian pigs), as “lampiño” breed.
- The pigs are bred and the hams are cured under the strict supervision of our own team.
- Our pigs live approximately 18 months in the “Dehesa” (Spanish Acorn woods).
- The time spent by our pigs in acorn feeding season (4 months) greatly exceeds that required by the regulations for them to consider them acorn fed Iberian pigs.
- We can trace each of our hams from the animal of origin to your home.
- Our implication in the whole process from the birth of the pig to the drying of the ham, gives it its consistent quality.
- All our products are directly manufactured by us.
