From 24th to 26th January 2012, the 10th edition of Madrid Fusion 2012 will take place in Madrid.

This is a top gastronomic event which will take place in the Palacio Municipal de Congresos (Campo de las Naciones), and will convert Madrid into the world's capital of gastronomy.

A significant number of well-known chefs will attend Madrid Fusion 2012, who will participate grouped in four big categories: La Tierra (The Earth), Nuestra Despensa (Our Pantry), Tendencias (Trends), Ténicas y Gestión del Bajo Coste (Techniques and Low cost Management). Among those who will be present we can name Paco Morales, Masato Mishijara, Daniel Ovadia, José Avillez, Elena Arzak, Paul Liebrant, Seiji Yamamoto, Joan Roca, Sam Honn Degeimbre, Joel Robuchon, Firo Vazquez, Francis Paniego, Rubén Picado and María José de Blas, Pierre, Michel and Cesar Troisgros and Heston Blumenthal.

This is a compulsory visit for professionals and gastronomy enthusiasts to keep up to date, learn and enjoy with the competition, speeches, on-site demonstrations, interviews, tributes...
