Juan Pedro Domecq in Madrid Fusion

On 24th January the 10th edition of Madrid Fusion began and as usual Juan Pedro Domecq was present. It is an international fair with a deep professional nature, which makes it the perfect place to create new job relations.  The exhibitions of top-class chefs and presentations of important figures turn this event into an exceptional fair.

It is noted for presenting gastronomic cultures from all around the world, and this year it has an Asiatic touch, since it have South Korea as guest country.

This year, the amount of professionals attending the event has been lower compared to the previous edition. However, the quality of these professionals is even higher. Although we strive to call it "fair", in fact it is a professional congress, as Jose Carlos Capel stated. Moreover, it is a fair which projects a very positive image of the quality of Spanish products and cuisine.

Juan Pedro Domecq offered its products to the professionals who approached our stand, and the Pure Iberico Ham Bellota 100% was the one they liked most.

We are regular exhibitors in this International Fair, so we hope we will be in the next edition and make the most out of it.
