The magazine "Mercado Iberico" is a publication in Spain and Portugal, conceived as a luxury and business guide. For a lot of people, it is a referent. It shows us the reality of these two countries and the trends of the global market.

As we disclosed early this week, Juan Pedro Domecq is now present in the market "Torvehallerne" of Copenhagen, in the city center. It is a market where one can taste exquisite products coming from all around the world, which makes it a must-go place for the gastronomy lovers. It is placed in a beautiful spot downtown, very accessible to the citizens.
This week the recipe is very easy: perfect for a light dinner or to give a good impression with some succulent appetizers.

This week we offer you a more elaborate recipe. We suggest it as a starter or as a light dinner: Iberico ham and tomato pudding.
Ingredients: (for 4 people)
- 200 gr. mature tomatoes
- 4 eggs
- 100 gr. of Iberico ham cubes
From 24th to 26th January 2012, the 10th edition of Madrid Fusion 2012 will take place in Madrid.
